“One day I randomly remembered a catapult I’d always wanted as a child. Depressingly, that was 40 years ago. So I went straight online and bought one. Two things I liked, the first is that it arrived reasonably quickly, considering their shop is in Ireland and I’m in Suffolk. I didn’t even think to check. The second was a handwritten note thanking me for the purchase. Now I have a really good excuse to empty more beer cans for the shooting range at the back of the garden. ;)”

“I was looking for a Barbour winter jacket in a specific size and colour, being out of season this was mostly out of stock at other retailers. Found Smyths Country Sports had one in stock, their many 5* reviews gave me confidence in ordering. Within the hour I received a tracking number, the jacket was delivered nicely packed on a 48 hour signed for service, together with a nice note of thanks from Stephen.
