“Received hood for Forsyth Barbour coat promptly but hood does not fit the coat. Tge hood had 4 studs but the cost has only 3. Two on one side and 1 on the other. I telephoned immediately to say that that tge hood didn't fit and left an answerphone message but have had no reply. Very dissapointed. Please contact me for some resolution.”
