“Usually, I don't write reviews online, but my shopping journey here was truly wonderful and gave me a firsthand experience of British gentlemen's style. I'm from Taiwan, and during this cross-border shopping experience, when my expressions weren't smooth, Stephen would perfectly convey the meaning behind my metaphors, leaving me pleasantly surprised and trusting. Moreover, his response time was not sluggish. The overall shopping experience was very comfortable, and before shipping, they even neatly organized everything! When I opened the purchased hat and coat, I found that the clothes had just been freshly waxed, which was truly amazing.”
