“I bought an expensive barbour jacket and a 20-pound shipping. I have not received the jacket and there is no way to track the shipping or even know what company will provide the delivery service. I contacted customer service and they said that I shouldn't worry, that one day I will receive the order (basically that I should stop bothering them).

I ordered over a week ago and the page has never updated to say whether it was posted o rnot , and the tracking number is just "standarddelivery". I've tried to use the chat during business hours and it said that there is nobody available and leave an email and you'll be in touch. This also hasn't happened.”
