“I purchased a one size fits all Barbour wax hat and had to return it because it wasn't as stated it wouldn't fit my head as it was to small at the maximum setting. I had to return it and I had to pay for the shipping cost. I was refunded the full amount I paid for the hat. The only winners here are the post office as smyths country sports paid for the original shipping cost and I paid for the return cost. Maybe Barbour needs to alter their advertising as clearly one size does not fit all.”

“Very fast delivery, kept up to date with the tracking details. The item had to be returned as it didn't fit but the refund was issued the same morning that they received the return. Very impressed.”
