“Purchased Barbour Beacon jacket only to realise I had ordered incorrect size. I returned jacket and correct size was returned to me within a week. Good service.”

“Ottima esperienza. Sono persone straordinarie gentili disponibili, mi hanno inviato con la merce anche un messaggio di ringraziamento, mi hanno lasciato stupito. Prezzi convenintissimi. Spedizione un pò lunga e in una fase ferma con la traccabilità, sicuramente per la dogana, ma la merce è arrivata intatta e precisa ed è stato successivamente tutto tracciabile. “Amazing service. Stephen was extremely helpful from the inception of my order to the ultimate delivery. Nothing was too much trouble. “I had been shopping in various stores for a Barbour Corbridge but could not get my size. On searching the internet I was delighted to see that Smyth’s Country Sport had what I wanted at £50 cheaper than all other shops I’d tried. Ordered on a Saturday and delivered by Wednesday. The personal message written on the compliment slip from Stephen was much appreciated and demonstrated in real terms the approach to customer service he claims on his website. Looking forward to calling into the shop on my next trip to Coleraine. Thanks Stephen. L”
