“I live in London, where, obviously, I could easily buy a Barbour. But I came across Smyths some years ago, and they offered such good prices - and such excellent, personal service - that I continue to buy from them, most recently a quilted Barbour jacket. Once again, the price was keen, the delivery prompt and the charming treatment by staff distinctive and memorable. Would there were more small businesses like this offering old-fashioned care and service. I recommend them wholeheartedly.”
