“I love my barbour jacket! It’s beautiful! I also bought its hood and a beautiful scarf that perfectly matches with the jacket! Really a great quality! I’m so so happy! The size too is perfect, thank you so much to Stephen, he is really nice! Grazie!”

“Excellent service, the jacket arrived within a couple of days of ordering. I ordered online and had no other communication with the company apart from a Compliments slip they sent with the jacket.”

“I bought the Barbour Beacon Sports Jacket from them as the prices seem considerably lower than most places. Postage was very quick and they left a nice note inside stating hope you have a nice day, which I've never experienced before. (Nice Touch) I would use them again in the future. Cheers Peeps.”

“Excellent customer service, the size of product I wanted was not in stock but following personal advice from their experience, I purchased a smaller size which turned out to be perfect. Much better than just receiving a not in stock notification electronically. Quick postage at no extra charge also adds to the reasons I will look to purchase again in the future. Highly recommended.”

“Outstanding service from start to finish , with lighting quick delivery. My local Barbour outlet, and indeed Barbour themselves had told me that my choice and size wouldn’t be available for the forceable future ! Then Step up Smyths and within less than 48 hours it was on my back in the field . Just brilliant Thank you .”
