His only concern was the length of time that shipping might take, but I assured him that I was used to long shipping delays, as I was used to my family in the UK sending parcels. He gave me a price for shipping and assured me that there'd be no additional shipping or taxes at my end, so I decided to make my order. Days later I received notification that my jacket had be shipped and just over a week later it arrived. “I purchased the Beacon Sports Jacket in XL to fit a 44" chest with a shirt and thin jumper beneath, sadly, the jacket was too tight around the armpits. Stephen arranged to replace it with an XXL which fits perfectly. Excellent customer service, speedy delivery on both initial and replacement items.
If you are of an athletic 44" chest, I would suggest purchasing an XXL jacket to wear with a shirt and thin jumper beneath.”

“The Barbour jacket that I ordered unfortunately was a bit large and more a regular fit rather than slim which is what I prefer.
Nevertheless I am giving five stars because the order arrived promptly in a couple of day (I live in London) and when I contacted Stephen asking if I could return the item, he responded within an hour or so and processed the refund as soon as the jacket arrived back.
