“Friendly and personable service. Left me with a smile on my face. Next time I'll be purchasing something from a range I expect they might stock, they will be my first port of call. Competitive prices too.”

“No problems from ordering to delivery. Liked the personal touch on the compliment slip of hoping all was well where we lived. Not used the lead as yet, but I’m sure will be ok. Hope to use Smyths in the future.”

“Quite simply, both the communication and service were exemplary. Parcel received In Melbourne safe and sound and given the snail pace of the Australian postal service....it arrived in good time The hand written “Thank you” note is a touch of old school manners and respect. A great service and without hesitation, I fully recommend this company.”
