“Big thanks to the team at Smyths Country Sport for their great customer service. From the online ordering process through to delivery everything went perfectly. My old, slightly battle scarred, Barbour flat cap was lost/misplaced with SCS coming to my rescue - replacement flat cap ordered on the Sunday and delivered on the Tuesday just in time for the next weather fronts to pass through the South West!. Great job and thank you for the personalised 'thank you ' note enclosed with the order, very much unexpected but very much appreciated. Cheers.”

“I purchased the Barbour Beacon James Bond jacket. Who knew I was not built like Daniel Craig. I am in the USA. Stephen could not have been easier to work with on the return. The refund was immediate upon receipt. The whole process was professional, polite and seamless. Smyths Country Sport is a top shelf shop.”

“Smyths is an incredible shop. I live in the US and I placed the order on Thursday and the jacket was already through customs by Monday. The US Postal Service then delivered a few days later. Stephen Smyth is an incredible proprietor, very responsive with emails even at 6 PM EST time. The Beacon jacket arrived in amazing shape and very well packaged. Thank you!”

“Again great service from Symths Country Sport. I needed a hood to go with my Barbour Beadnell jacket which I bought last year. All the information as to which hood I would need was on their informative website. Delivery was very quick. Altogther a smooth transaction. Many thanks”
