“I am very happy for the personal treatment supplied and the quality of the rain coat barbour sent. It took longer than expected to arrive to Spain as this period the Postal services are quite busy as we were celebrating the Three Kings. I would highly recommen them.”

“Great products and service! I ordered a Barbour Long Beadnell from Galicia, Spain and it arrived perfectly and quickly (even if it has to go through customs + it was Christmas), they also included a hand written ‘thank you’ note. Amazing! I have already recommended the shop and I’ll order again in the future if in need of Barbour products”

“Received hood for Forsyth Barbour coat promptly but hood does not fit the coat. Tge hood had 4 studs but the cost has only 3. Two on one side and 1 on the other. I telephoned immediately to say that that tge hood didn't fit and left an answerphone message but have had no reply. Very dissapointed. Please contact me for some resolution.”

“A review to help improve your customer service. I don’t think you need to improve anything! Order delivered on time by Royal Mail, I called the shop to see who the delivery was going to be with (in case it was Evri) and spoke to Stephen, what a gentleman and when the order came it had a lovely hand written note with it! Would highly recommend Smyths Country Sports 😊 First Class Servuce 👌”
