I ordered a pair of wellington boots over the internet but made an error over the sizing. I contacted him by phone avoiding the usual practice of internet sellers to have you jumping through hoops , pushing option buttons and being kept on hold listening to music.
I found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He changed the order immediately and kept me in the loop about delivery progress. Ordered on Monday and received on Wednesday is my kind of service !
