I have to say that whilst the purchase of the kit was easy - the subsequent communication with you to arrange the collection of the samples was not good.
The automated service on the website did not work and other forms of communication were fruitless. It took many attempts and several days to resolve this. Fortunately we make it a practice not to sample our supply until we have organised a collection date - if we had the the collection would have exceeded best practice collection period.
