“Had a bad experience in store with a rude and arrogant staff member. But the post sale care, service and complaint resolution from the owner of Slam City Skates was excellent! He took care of my concern personally. So with (after sale) customer service like this I feel confident to recommend this website. They have the best range of skate gear around. But the staff in store need to bring themselves back down to ground.”
