Good: The package is always received very promptly, and always boxed thoughtfully (e.g. decks in one box, shoes in another, boxes duct taped together). / deck selection is good but not the best (ocd skate in Australia carries more brands and graphics, for example) but enough for amateurs like myself / online shopping site has good user experience Bad: not bad, but I wish there was an option to upgrade grip tape when buying decks to be applied / list the weights and height of all your trucks more consistently / list the 3 dimensions of the deck more consistently as well Thanks guys”

“I really liked all of the 5 products I bought. The range of clothing and shoes you guys have really suits my taste and I will be sure to shop with you again, but only in store, not online. The reason for this is due to the high return fees I had to pay to send back a pair of shoes I bought. £8 is a lot I feel and I imagine this will put a lot of people off including myself. This time the Converse Jack Purcell pros I bought were too big, based on a suggestion by online chat service that in Cons I would need to go up a size, which turned out to be wrong. Might be worth bearing in mind for future customers. I know these things happen. Cheers”
