“I had an overall good experience however I tried to cancel the order but this couldn't be fulfilled, I was therefore put out of pocket to return the item back. However I understand they couldn't process the cancel due to a hype release. (The hype release (safari dunks) was the trainers I was attempting to purchase)!”

“Afternoon, Slam city itself is a brilliant skate shop and company and I use your website all the time, however I don’t rate DPD local at all as a delivery service. I live in an apartment complex and the delivery couriers, they seem to lack the ability to ring my door bell and make sure I’m in before they leave without trying. Otherwise Slam city is a flawless brand. Thank you. Dan”

“i am a beginner and this is my first skateboard. i know quite a bit about them due to research and my friends. i was happy with the deck and trucks however i have a feeling one of the bearings is damaged as it’s makes a unusual sound when i ride and the weeks could be a little softer. but overal not a bad board and would recommend for beginners.”

“Delivery was quick and well packaged. The shoe box took a bit of beating on the way but it’s probably more the transporter’s doing than Slam City’s. Hoped they would toss a few stickers in there but they didn’t. Still a very good skateshop to order from.”

“Pretty good all in all, shoes came exactly as they should have and the reduced price was exactly what i needed. Considering slip ons don't last too long the reduce price really helped. The website is super easy to use and everything was bang up and easy. The shoes were 2 days late though because the delivery driver didn't bother to come to the door. I was in at the designated time so this as slightly frustrating.”

“Slam city skates provide a good straightforward service, unfortunately, in my case, they were let down by their chosen courier (dpd) who failed to honour the next day delivery, which I had paid extra for, and then provided little information regarding redelivery leading to unexpected inconvenience on my behalf. No apologies were received.”
