“I found the website super easy to use. Everything is laid out perfectly and items are easy to locate. No complaints on that front. However was a little disappointed to find that you do not refund or exchange gripped decks. I went to return a deck that was too big for me, it had not been skated was brand new with grip but I couldn't I feel like this policy should be reviewed as it was not made clear that gripped decks could not be refunded and now I must find a way to sell the board and try make my money back.”
