“I ordered a Santa Cruz complete and a couple of days later had a call to say the selected item was in fact out of stock, as disappointing as it was to know I wouldn’t be getting the ordered item the guy on the phone (Matt) was very apologetic as it was a system error it was still showing available, sent an email with alternative options even offered to deliver it as lived locally to me. All in all very helpful and I would use this site again”

“Socks look great but at the time of purchase I couldn't find out what size I was buying. Invoice says 'One size' but tag on socks says 8-11. Since they are a gift, it was important I got the right size. Now they've arrived I think they'll be okay.”
