“After a bit of a communication issue at ths very start of my query I can't fault the process after this, I initially phoned up to make sure I was going to order the correct size & type I wanted,the person I dealt with was very helpful & my two new loft window blinds came within a few days, they were very easy to fit & work brilliantly, quality looks really good too, I would definitely recommend to anyone.”

HI there so sorry I hope all is sorted now?

“The blind itself is ok however the instructions included are useless. Your website states that there are instructional videos on you tube however these are for blinds for windows and not a flat roof skylight. What should have taken 20 minutes to fit took over 3 hours . Not impressed.”

“Blinds are good but the instructions to mount the side profiles are very poor. Plus no fixings and the sticky tape dosent hold it needs to be screwed”

Hi there sorry for any misunderstanding but the tape is just meant to hold for 30 seconds or so whilst you are using the screw driver to put in the screws these blinds need screws to stay up not just tape. Thanks Naomi ps I will take a look at the instructions as you said they are difficult to understand and I will make this bit clearer. Sorry about the issue

“The people I spoke to were very helpful and were able to resolve problems with measurements. After I had ordered and paid for the blind they told me that I would be kept informed of progress which unfortunately I wasn't. The only information I got was from DPD to say that my blind would be delivered on 11th July, which it wasn't. I am now more than £100 out of pocket with no resolution”

So sorry Mary The blind was going to France to your neighbour's house which according to GPS from DPD was delivered. The signature was illegible so as a goodwill gesture we offered to do a remake. I am so sorry that remake has got stuck in the computer system somewhere and has not been dispatched yet. Apologies again The remake should leave by the end of next week and you should have it the week commencing 31st July. I am so sorry for all the inconvenience.

“The process worked just as described from beginning to end. Have to admit that I checked and rechecked the measurements several times as it was so important to get them correct. In the end the blind fitted very well although the Lantern aperture could have been better ( not the fault of the company). The only slight problem was with the blind controls as initially the end stops were not in the right place and it had intermediate stops which I didn't want. Naomi talked me through the reset process and all was well. Everyone who sees the blind is wowed. Thank you.”
