Sorry but having had major issues with eyes using so many different products thought this was the one. Suffered from puffy red dry skin on eyes used 3 times eyes are now very red and puffy!! Will not use again

Didn't like the way they handled my queries when I needed to get in touch with them and was pretty sure that as it was a tech problem it could have been rectified quite easily by the push of a couple of buttons.

It would be great if the skin shop would ask for a review once the product had been received, granted there are postal strikes delaying the delivery of my order, but a check of the postal tracking number before sending this request would suggest that I cannot review my product and service until I have actually received it.

Your website states 10% off 1st purchase but after going through checkout I did not get 10% off my order. I queried this and was told I'd get it off my next order. What if I don't want to make another order. After I had paid I got an email from you with a code to get 10 % off my order. Too late for me. Your system is very misleading and future customers need to realise that your system of offers is confusing and not helpful to customers.

Initially soothes but doesn’t really do much else to ease my eyes. The concealer is no great. Not very good coverage.

Easy to buy from however package arrived and it was open down side, the item I had ordered was not inside. Made contact and have been told that I will receive the ordered item soon. Currently waiting for it to arrive hopefully

I am sorry to say your product was not suitable for me it made my face burn and eyes sting , so unfortunately I won’t be purchasing any of your other products or recommend to my friends, I am quite sad really I was hoping it would help my Roaceara

Eye gel didn't make much difference to my skin .Eye primer gave very light coverage and didn't sting Wouldn't recommend concealer for darker skin,(I'm fair skinned)

Customer service has been poor. Delivery was very quick but free gift for spending over £30 (purchase of £60) was not included even though selected at checkout. It disappeared from basket and email confirmation of order did not include it. I contacted to state that this had happened but was told it was too late and that they would not dispatch after order had been sent. I was told I would need to place another order over £30 to get a free gift. Disappointed as wanted to see if all products would help my skin but have been left wanting to return what I bought.

I love Day Defence SPF15 and have been buying it for years now. It is the only moisturiser I can use on my skin. I have always been happy with your service until now unfortunately. When completing my recent order I was not given the usual option to redeem points earned from previous purchases . I was only informed of a huge delivery delay (due to lack of ingredients) several days after placing the order. I have now been notified that my order will not be delivered until an outstanding customs charge of almost €18 (which I was completely unaware of) is paid. Not a happy customer this time I must admit.

I have been shopping with skin shop for many years and have been very happy with the service. Unfortunately my last order took over 4 weeks to arrive,vand when I ordered the cream I was not made aware of this, so had to follow it up. Then when my order did eventually arrive( two day defence face creams) one felt lighter than the other. So I weighed them and found one was 20gm less than the other. I called them up and they kept sayinggtheyvwere different creams, I assured them they were the same. They then said it's just because it's got air in it !!!!!! It took along time to get someone to believe what the problem was, and when I was put through to 'Kate' and explained again my issue, she said well on this occasion we will replace the cream. I have today received my new cream. But the experience was not a good one. But I did get it sorted in the end.

I have scored two stars because of the last two products were very late coming. You pay so much for delivery cost and the delay was so much, that I reordered thinking I hadn’t ordered. So in fact I got two products at the same time. Really wasn’t happy about that. The cream is a good product but I find it too expensive.

On my last order i was not given the option of selecting a free product, which you had emailed me about. I contacted customer service to be told there was nothing they could do about it. I suggested they could still send free product but was advised i would have had to select it at the point of my order. I advised you that i was not given the option of selecting (Ihave received free product offers previously as i have been a customer for many years) and there must have been a problem with the system. Still would not send free gift. Not sure why this was impossible to do. Very disappointed in the lack customer service.
