“I have been purchasing Celafen from Skin Shop for decades, and use it twice a day, every day. The price has - of course - increased over the years, but seems to have risen sharply just lately. Next time I make a purchase, I shall probably try the celadrin cream which is sold from the company I buy supplements from, as it is about 2/3 of the price of Celafen.”

“Didn’t ship my order, only shipped it when I chased it, didn’t offer a refund or quick delivery once theyd realised they hadn’t sent it. When I queried this they said they couldn’t send it any quicker - which is ridiculous when a quicker option is available on their website. As a bare minimum any other company would have refunded the delivery cost - I paid £3.95 for 48 hour delivery and it took 8 days.”
