“I live in Australia and regularly order from Skin Shop a couple of times per year - specifically for their liquorice balm which I order 5 of at a time to save on paying for shipping more often. Skin Shop have never let me down, my order has always arrived within a couple of weeks and they also give you samples of other products to try. Highly recommend.”

“After I placed my order I wished I’d added something else and quickly contacted customer services. I received a very prompt reply and was advised they would put my original order on hold but would recommend cancelling and resubmitting so I would only be charged one delivery fee. I was impressed by the efficiency of the response.”

“I haven’t used the gel yet. I have been researching for an alternative as my current non steroid cream has been discontinued. The reviews for this product were excellent, so I will be using it when my current cream runs out. The customer service, ordering system, payment, tracked delivery and follow up are excellent. “Have used Skin Shop for a number of years now after an online review of their rosacea products. The rosacea products themselves work like nothing else on the market (and I have tried a lot!). I have also tried some of their dry skin products which do exactly what they say they will. They are also UK-based, cruelty free and mostly vegan (or accurately marked as such). The service as well as the delivery and rewards scheme are also amazing. I am a loyal customer for life and don't know what I'd do without them!”
