“Easy to order on line and delivery was quick with good communication. I ordered lip q balm and this is the only product that successfully prevents my cold sores. I wouldn't be without this product now.”

“I Spend most of my time outdoors and used to suffer from persistent cold sores. Now I use your liquorice lip balm, I very rarely get a cold sore. If I do feel one starting, which is not very often, I use your liquorice gel and it's gone. I've used your product for about six years now. 10 out of 10 for me.”

“Happy enough with products, but disappointed when you have a 20% off event, members cannot use their reward vouchers for these events as the website will only take one code. Surely this is penalising loyal customers. Why don't you just reduce the price on your website without the need for entering a code? Then loyal customers can receive the discount.”
