“I'm a frequent customer of Skin Shop and regularly order from their Kalme range which is really soothing and anti-inflammatory for my sensitive skin. However, I just wanted to say how great their customer service is. Part of my order (Kalme Undercoat)was lost in the post and they were really helpful and sent a replacement straightaway. Brilliant company, thank you!”

“Product itself seems excellent - is working almost instantly - tick. However giving 3* due to Delivery charge - which should have been 48 hours and paid £3.95 for the privalage. The parcel took 4 days to arrive, so dont understand why standard delivery is not offered because that is what you get.”

“I suffer from Blethrytis which make my eyes very troublesome at times. Hydrosil Eye Gel is the only thing that puts a stop to this which means l always make sure l have a supply in and keep a tube with me at all times. Skin shop website is easy to navigate which is helpful.”
