“I have been ordering from skin shop since 2017 and when an order came last week and damaged of 3 tubes or celafen thats exactly what they replaced.after not being able to raise a ticket on the website I had to go through a phone line and use the ordering line and a great guy dale raised the ticket for me . An email arrived stating they are sending 3 tubes of Celafen and when I replied to the email stating what happend to good will gesture as this was £80.00 worth of order . I have yet to receive a reply. Loyalty means absolutely nothing now where it used to count . Very disappointed this took me 5 minutes to answer this email sent to me for there survey why doesn't it cut both ways .”

“There is something different, and special about the products from Skin Shop. They are simple, but really feel (and look) like they make a positive difference to my skin. I especially like the TeQ serum and previously I've used the kalme undercoat cream and it really helps to desensitise my skin. I have the Oregon cream on my elbows and I think it helps to soften the skin.”
