“At 56 feeling like a spotty teenager again after developing hormonal acne was not good. I had tried out a few products but with out much success. “Fabulous service as always! I forgot to add an item to my order and realised as soon as the payment had been processed. I emailed to see if the item could be added to my order. Within 10 minutes I received a phone call offering 2 options - to cancel my order and then create a new one including the new product or to use my points and the balm would be packed with the rest of my order. I opted to pay with the points and everything was received a couple of days later. This saved on paying postage and was handled quickly by someone trying to help me in any way they could. 5 stars 🌟”

“The test of any company is how they deal with problems. Our product was missing from the delivery package (badly damaged before arriving at home) and the issue was reported to Skin Shop. They acted immediately, sending replacement product which arrived safely. The service was friendly and swift. Excellent.”
