“Unfortunately I can't review my purchase because I haven't received it this isn't the fault of skinshop they were let down by royal mail who delivered it to some random address with apparently no comeback on them and I can't trace it”

“I liked the fact that they sent an email at the point they thought I’d be running short of my first purchase (which I was). It was easy to reorder and the package arrived within a couple of days. Very happy about the whole process.”

“I did not find your website very user friendly as, when I tried to search for a particular cream, nothing useful came up and I had to 'phone for an answer. I was also sent an email with an offer code and was uncertain if some parts were letters or numbers! However, having used your products for some years, I have found them good and beneficial.”
