“Very good service. But a bit expensive”

“Remains one of the most efficient transfer companies to and from Morzine. With less wait times and a more personalised service than other companies available. Thanks . Deffo worth the little extra in cost. There’s a reason some other transfer companies are cheaper and this is reflected in their service .”

“Generally good but the communication on the airport can be much better. When arrived at the desk don’t tell the waiting time is 5 or ten minutes when it turn out te be 45 minutes! It is better to be honest so one can take a coffee.”

All passengers who book on a shared transfer, are informed via the pre-booking description as well as the links from the confirmation email of our Terms & Conditions, and the FAQ link (https://www.skiidygonzales.com/information/frequently-asked-questions). The standard waiting time is up to 60 minutes from the time of the scheduled arrival time. However, we often do our best to have you on your way to the resort sooner. “Excellent transfer from Geneva airport, well driven by ? Beatrice Returns journey was extremely well driven by Sky But incredibly early start as had two pickups en route in Morzine and les Gets. Large luxe bus, no legroom. Hence 4 stars only”

“Highly reliable, safe and trustworhty Transfers, been a satisfied customer for ten years. In peak periods it can result in very early pick ups in advance of departure times and occassionaly subbed out to other firms, not ideal.”

“Excellent safe drivers for both journeys. A bit of a battle at Geneva with a 40 minute delay as they had to switch drivers but these things happen at the height of the season and on a Saturday. We were a party of 12 plus ski gear and were ferried on one bus which was quite a squeeze. Overall a decent experience and will happily book again.”

“We have been using Skiidy for a long time to be completely satisfied. However, one thing could be improved and that is the communication on arrival at Geneva. It would be nice to be told on the spot how long the waiting time is. Now you are left in complete uncertainly!”

“Very good all on time. Staff very helpful when I couldn't finalise and pay for my booking. Their system would not let me do it on my phone they advised trying another browser ,became a bit stressful at the time as I had booked my flights. Logged into a friends laptop and finalised the booking.”

“Service was very good as usual but on both collection and return to GVA a large minibus (10+ seats) was used. Whilst these can carry lots of people - for anyone larger than a hobbit there was limited leg room and being 6'3" it was either in the boot with the skis or next to the driver!”

“Reliable every time we've used them and decent value compared to other transfer operators. No issues with the vans - modern and appear well-maintained. Only reason for not giving them 5 stars is that we had arrivals and departures from Terminal 2 at GVA this year and Skiidy required us to walk to, and from, Terminal 1 where their desk is, and then all the way down to the car park beyond the train station. Since Terminal 2 at GVA seems to be a permanent thing, it would be a much better service if Skiidy could offer an option to be picked up from/set down to Terminal 2 as an alternative to Terminal 1.”

“Overall excellent service for our party of 12 with ski and board bags. Booked 2 private transfers and advised about amount of kit coming. That was the problem on the pick as we were meet with 1 van which the driver thought he would struggle to get us all in. Eventually the van was packed mostly by us and we began our snug journey to resort. The return a week later was perfect 2 vans and plenty of space for a relaxed transfer....”
