“Excellent, friendly and efficient service, as always. Other transfer firms may be cheaper, but very few have such high standards as Skiidy, with excellent driver training and care for the vehicles and a strict policy on the number of hours a driver can work. Safety should be your main concern with mountain transfers and Skiidy are excellent.”

“Hugely efficient, with polite, safe and pleasant drivers, not had a bad one yet. One small complaint, particularly for the early morning collections ( I often take a 7am flight and have had 3:15 pick ups!), you get me to the airport at least two hours early, sometimes 2 1/2 - 3, that's pretty dull especially as I only travel hand luggage. I understand that you must allow for traffic and some passengers may need more time but it is the only drawback with the service. I would be happy to take the missed flight risk for an extra hour in bed! Thanks for asking for feedback, that's also appreciated. Tim”

“Our flight from London was delayed by 8 hours because of fog.As I expected Skiidy took it in their stride and we were reallocated to a later pickup. On the return journey there had been an accident near Tunings so the driver rerouted via Thonon to get to Geneva.The driver was very relaxed about this.I think good communication between the control centre and the driver”

“I did a lot of research when choosing a transfer from Geneva to Avoriaz with my family (inc. 2 small children) as thee are so many options available. I chose Skiidy Gonzales and wasn't disappointed. “Meeting at the airport and transfer to the mountain went flawlessly. But on the way back was delayed about 30 minutes because the stopover was long-awaited by passengers. A little worried. But my flight safely managed, as there was plenty of time. So I can recommend this company:cheaply, on time and safely.”

“Best transfer to Morzine by a mile. 'Speedy departure' would be a better name for this transfer company as they get you away from Geneva Airport very quickly even when fog hits. They also guarantee to get you to resort on same day regardless of length of delays due to fog and beware because some other transfer companies with smaller bus fleets can say see you tomorrow if the delays get really serious and you miss your slot by several hours. Great drivers too who care and give you all the latest info on snow conditions etc. On one trip my son left his IPad on the bus and when we rang the office (which is in Morzine so easy to drop in) it was waiting for us to pick up.”

One question - as a chalet owner I regularly travel with hand luggage only - this tends to mean that although first off and through passport control I have to wait a full hour as am 'paired' with people on other flights who have their luggage etc to collect. Is there a way to communicate this in advance so you can expect me straight off the plane and where appropriate put me on an earlier transfer??”

As and when you travel with hand luggage and expect to clear arrivals promptly, please contact the office in advanced and we will endeavour to schedule you with earlier flight arrivals where possible.
