“We always use Skiddy because they are reliable on time and very professional. Drivers are so polite and we always feel safe with them. We wouldn’t use anyone else. Thank you Skiddy”

Helpful Report

“Excellent service with really pleasant drivers and extremely punctual is just what you want when travelling these days. We use skiddy for transfers from Geneva to Morzine now 5 or 6 times in total and I once my daughter left her purse behind so we contacted them and it was posted home to Ireland.”

“Skiidy have always been amazing since started using them for our transfers I believe 5+ years ago . We are never waiting excessively, the team are always very friendly and accommodating , and always check if your are comfortable in the transfer with heating , music, air con depending on time of year the transfer is. The team in the office are always helpful when I have had complex enquiries etc . Highly recommend and will always use - and now I have been reminded I need to book my next transfer !! Thank you - S&S”

“Generally good but the communication on the airport can be much better. When arrived at the desk don’t tell the waiting time is 5 or ten minutes when it turn out te be 45 minutes! It is better to be honest so one can take a coffee.”

Hi Maurick-Gepkens, thank you for your feedback. We try to keep our passengers updated as best we can and often the timings are constantly evolving due to the dynamics of transfers. All passengers who book on a shared transfer, are informed via the pre-booking description as well as the links from the confirmation email of our Terms & Conditions, and the FAQ link (https://www.skiidygonzales.com/information/frequently-asked-questions). The standard waiting time is up to 60 minutes from the time of the scheduled arrival time. However, we often do our best to have you on your way to the resort sooner. We take your feedback onboard and will look to see if we can improve our communication upon arrival. Many thanks.

“Excellent service, these guys are the most reliable in the Alps. Value for money with no worries. We've used them loads of times.”

Helpful Report

“Excellent drivers in both pickup and drop off. We had two drop off points (and also a key pickup) which the customer service team dealt with in great detail. We have used Skiidy’s for our last 7 trips now and are extremely happy with the level of service.”
