“Excellent service, although I prefer to be picked up by an 8 seater bus. The larger 13 seater buses have poor leg room in the back (OK if I get to sit in the front).”

“Meeting at the airport and transfer to the mountain went flawlessly. But on the way back was delayed about 30 minutes because the stopover was long-awaited by passengers. A little worried. But my flight safely managed, as there was plenty of time. So I can recommend this company:cheaply, on time and safely.”

Hi Guilaume, In recent years the Swiss authorities have increased their prerequisites for drivers to be legally allowed to work between France and Switzerland which has rightly regulated the transfer industry. But unfortunately as a direct result, this has increased prices in order to comply with driver qualifications and to ensure the company has all the correct legal paperwork. You will find our prices are comparable with fellow transfer companies who adhere to both the French, Swiss and EU regulations. Kind Regards Skiidy Gonzales

“The service was excellent overall, collection on time, clean minibus and you did everything you said you would. I would have given a 'very good' star rating but for one problem - which could have been serious. The driver was a nice guy but he was very tired and a few times he found himself dozing off at the wheel. He stopped for a coffee - it also gave us a chance to do the same - and he appeared much less tired afterwards. As I say he was a nice guy but perhaps had a severe lack of sleep ? Ian Balmforth”

Hi Ian, Thank you for your constructive feedback. As a company we strictly enforce the whole fleet to follow Tachograph and EU working directives even though the 8 seaters are legally not required to. However, as company wide compliance and we enforce all of our drivers to adhere to the Tacho rules and therefore their rest period is in accordance to law. It is also our policy to only allow drivers to do a maximum of two rotations (One rotation is Avoriaz/Morzine/Les Gets to Geneva Airport and back) if they are based in those resort, or one rotation if they are based in the Tarentaise region (La Plagne), per day. Looking into your journey the driver had collected you at 07.20 and reached Grenoble in good time, and then returned to resort. As a company, safety is the single most important aspect of our business we will never compromise on. We will look into your journey and will speak to the driver in question as there will be certain variables to consider. I only wish you reported this sooner and apologies you have had this experience. Should you find yourselves coming to any of the areas that we operate in again, please contact us and we will be very happy to offer you a 15% discount on your next trip. “Best transfer to Morzine by a mile. 'Speedy departure' would be a better name for this transfer company as they get you away from Geneva Airport very quickly even when fog hits. They also guarantee to get you to resort on same day regardless of length of delays due to fog and beware because some other transfer companies with smaller bus fleets can say see you tomorrow if the delays get really serious and you miss your slot by several hours. Great drivers too who care and give you all the latest info on snow conditions etc. On one trip my son left his IPad on the bus and when we rang the office (which is in Morzine so easy to drop in) it was waiting for us to pick up.”

One question - as a chalet owner I regularly travel with hand luggage only - this tends to mean that although first off and through passport control I have to wait a full hour as am 'paired' with people on other flights who have their luggage etc to collect. Is there a way to communicate this in advance so you can expect me straight off the plane and where appropriate put me on an earlier transfer??”

As and when you travel with hand luggage and expect to clear arrivals promptly, please contact the office in advanced and we will endeavour to schedule you with earlier flight arrivals where possible. “I have been skiing in Les Portes Du Soleil for 30 years, and have always dreaded the mountain transfer between Geneva and the Alps. Partly because I get carsick, but mainly bacause I am scared of bad drivers. This has all changed for me though, after being a passenger with Skiidy Gonzales Ski Transfers. Their drivers are both excellent drivers, and sensitive to how one feels about the trip. I can honestly say that their service is fantastic! As a company they are both helpful and flexible, and their drivers are very trustworthy and truly care about safety and comfort. I can highly recommend them!”

“Great welcome at the terminal and easy to spot with their hats. Comfortable buses and felt safe on route to and from resort. Collection at airport had to wait approx 30 mins for another flight to arrive but didn't feel that was an issue. Pick up from resort was bang on time. Highly recommend and will be using them for sure next March.”

“I will never use your services again. After flights from London were cancelled last December and rescheduled I was shocked to hear that you wanted to charge me again to rescedule pick up. I was appalled by your lack of decent customer service and I am glad to have tried the competition.”

Hi Ben, I’m sorry to hear your view. We always will reallocate passengers who have been delayed onto the next available seats free of charge if they are arriving on the same day of travel. And never abandoned them like some companies. Its within our T & C to recharge should you find yourself delayed but we will always endeavour to find a solution at no added costs as a gesture of goodwill. However, if your flight has been cancelled and you have been relocated to the following day, we will need to reschedule to accommodate your new arrival last minute and we will provide you with all the documentation to claim back on your insurance for your cancelled flight and rebooked transfer. You will find almost all transfer companies will have a cut off time on the same day and will recharge you, and certainly if you have been rebooked for the following day.
