“Sadly this time you didn't really make me happy. We were on a shared transfer from Geneva to Les Gets. No problem with that nor do we mind waiting for the next flight, but you didn't tell us. When we called because we were waiting, you told us the driver was 15mins awAy. They turned up 45 mins later and clearly had not been called. If we had know we had to wait we could have gone food shopping or had breakfast. We then had to wait another half an hour. Really felt that was not good management.”

“First time user and very satisfied. We had lost bagages upon arriving at Geneva. And took over an hour to wait in line at lost bag service and sort things out. Our driver still patiently waited and being nice about the situation. We had a one year old baby and the luggage containing her belongings didn't show up. We were stressed and tired after long international flight at that time. On return, there was no text message confirmation received but when we called their office our driver showed up at scheduled time. We would highly recommend skiidy to everyone!”

Hi Jamie, From time to time we outsource transfers between our vetted partners in order to avoid running multiple vehicles on the road as it has a lower environmental impact and economical for all involved. You were originally scheduled to travel with us but due to some last minute changes, and to ensure you left within your ‘one hour’ arrival time, you were allocated to the next available seat on a partner bus. “I was unsure about booking Skidy Gonzales as the reviews I read were mixed but I did book for 8 of us to be transferred from Geneva Airport to Avoriaz and they were fantastic. The driver was waiting for us with a sombrero on, we had very clear instructions about that so knew who to look for on arrival. There was plenty of space in a very comfortable van and a very friendly professional driver. The same on the return journey - I had a call the day before confirming the time and meeting place and another lovely driver. Will definitely use them again next Easter when we are back there again!”

“When I was having trouble accessing my account to print my booking details off they responded to my email within the hour and sent me the voucher over email so I had it straight away, which was really reassuring as we were due to leave the next day. The drivers were friendly and professional and got us to our destination as quick as safely possible. Very very impressed, and will continue to use Skiidy Gonzales for all our future Ski Transfers.”
