Hi Jacopo, apologies but you needed to supply us with your NIF/ID number at the time of order as you live in the canary islands and therefore this has to go via air, the only mistake made here was the this was not given to us by yourself and therefore this orders is being returned to us, which as we stated would will happily resend to you not that you have given us your full details
