“Material is slightly thinner than I thought”

“A little small than usual, look to get one size up. Tight jeans around there Letha, but seem fine. Haven’t worn them out yet. Quality feels okay… Next order, I will try size up”

“Says 3-5 days if u order before 4pm ordered Monday morning for my trousers to be for Friday but never arrive now arriving Monday poor show”

Hi Grant, due to Black Friday there is a 3/5 dispatch time which is stated on the website sorry, this was due to Black Friday and cyber week sales. This back log was cleared yesterday

“Very happy with the quality. The t-shirts are 👌, but unfortunately not to happy with the sizing on the jeans. I ordered a 32s and the fit was very small and was shocked. I reordered for a 34R and they fitted, but very tight around my calves and in two minds whether to send back. It's not like I have massive legs either.”

“11 days and they haven't even given a refund for a return yet. No reply to email so far. Jeans were returned within hours of receiving. Jeans great quality otherwise.”

Hi Jamie, i can see your return has been delivered to us on the 20th, we do advise 7-14 days to process returns, this would especially be the case during black friday sale week sorry as the team are very busy with increased orders and returns. once this has been processed an email will automatically be sent out to you regarding the return and refund Kind regards Martin
