“Says 3-5 days if u order before 4pm ordered Monday morning for my trousers to be for Friday but never arrive now arriving Monday poor show”

Hi Grant, due to Black Friday there is a 3/5 dispatch time which is stated on the website sorry, this was due to Black Friday and cyber week sales. This back log was cleared yesterday

“Very happy with the quality. The t-shirts are 👌, but unfortunately not to happy with the sizing on the jeans. I ordered a 32s and the fit was very small and was shocked. I reordered for a 34R and they fitted, but very tight around my calves and in two minds whether to send back. It's not like I have massive legs either.”

“11 days and they haven't even given a refund for a return yet. No reply to email so far. Jeans were returned within hours of receiving. Jeans great quality otherwise.”

Hi Jamie, i can see your return has been delivered to us on the 20th, we do advise 7-14 days to process returns, this would especially be the case during black friday sale week sorry as the team are very busy with increased orders and returns. once this has been processed an email will automatically be sent out to you regarding the return and refund Kind regards Martin

“The balaclava was plain. doesnt come with the logo as advertised which was the selling point for me, so am a bit gutted.”

“The material of the shorts are incredible, plus they look extremely good in the gym, with many onlookers asking where to get a pair. However the downfall is, the lettering peels off straight away after their first wash.”

“So I love the styling of Sinners stuff, I've got loads of their items in my wardrobe. However just lately I've noticed the stitching quality isn't what I'd expect. I bought some Hybrid mesh shorts for my holiday and after two washes glad the rubberised lettering has come off and the stitching is coming away from the waistband. Likewise I bought some fade tracky bottoms a few months back , it arrived with a split in the inner leg. To sum up, beautiful clothes but shoddy production process”
