Bought what they described as a 24 cell self watering propagator only to find out it just isn't. Contacted them and they said it longer comes with self watering parts. This couldn't be true as there would be nowhere to place the stand the wick would sit on. This specific one was never a self watering setup. They offered to send me a useless bit of wick mat but no refund or replacement and the item is STILL listed as a self watering kit. I contacted them twice regarding it being wrongly listed on their website. Buyer beware.

Products are all good but delivery went to the wrong address and I had to go in search of it. Won't bother again ordering from them. Easier to go to local shop and purchase.

All arrived eventually, very disappointed with some of the Garlic bulbs, a lot smaller and softer than I expected.

Two packets of sweet corn seeds were crushed, though as seeds are tough felt that they would probably germinate. ime will tel next season, more sturdy containers perhaps needed for careless handling ?

Overall Dissapointed , I ordered two different varieties of Tomato seeds, I was sent 2 packets of the same seeds.

Bought £60+ worth of seeds before Christmas. They didn’t come until the middle of January and only when I chased them. I had paid a lot for postage so really frustrating. Meant I didn’t have them ready for the Christmas or birthday present they were intended for. Contacted the company twice after delivery to complain about this but heard nothing back.

Product looks good, delivery was prompt, and I planted as instructed and my tomatos are budding well. But the cuecumbers failed to ignite, zero, so a polte e mail to simply seeds to enquire, sadly nil response. A while later another e mai from me to ask for a response, and again nil response. Ok the issue was not one of a refund as the sums were far too small to be bothered with, but advice and in that area Simply Seeds are deficient so for me I wouldl be chary about buying further products. Its called customer care

Sorry but the garlic blubs I received were on the small size . I know you sent me two of each saying that the garlic were small but I couldn't use the inner bulbs as they we're far too small. It would have been nice to be contacted if I wanted to pursue with the order or not . Order number SS180456.

Sent the wrong seeds, emailed to say wrong seeds had been delivered, could they send the correct ones. 3 further emails were sent, but nothing heard. 4 times I tried to reply to the customer survey feedback, refused to send (a common problem with them if you search online). I tried to ring them, no luck with the phone number. It was only after further searching that I found a different phone number and left a message. Several days later they emailed to say they had just picked up the message and would send the seeds out, which did then arrive, I had already sourced the seeds from an alternate supplier. I've used them for several years and they have been good. This experience has put me off using them in the future.

I won a voucher for this site from a partner of mine. Although the website was easy to use, the selection was rather limited and several items I wanted remained out of stock for months. When the seeds did arrive (a few days later) the packets were own branded and rather dull with no pictures of the plants or seed tray labels - they provided a standard amount of contents which have been slow to germinate. I've received unexciting social media ever since.

I ordered Brandy Boy and carrot purple sun. When my parcels arrived the carrot packet was empty and the bottom of the packet had been opened. It was completely empty. I checked if the contents fell in to the large letter it arrived in and there was nothing. The brandy boy tomatoes were fine. I decided to contact customer service and I spent DAYS having to submit forms and no one ever gets back to me. The number provided on the website doesn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone. I went and bought carrot seeds from someone else instead. What a waste of money and time this was!! Thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied with their customer care. -F

Although good value at face, with only 10 seeds in a packet, there is obviously a risk of NONE GERMINATION, I won't be buying from you in the future, as although Seeds were set in tested and reliable propagators, many haven't germinated and now it is too late to replant. Les Abbs C.Eng. FIMME.

Only 8 of the seeds struck out of the whole packet. I am 84 years old and have been a keen gardener for over 60 so I know how to grow plants - my greenhouse is packed solid . I shan’t be buying old seed again.

I received my order and 9 items were short . Ive emailed 3 times to query and as yet no reply.Im disappointed as last year I was very satisfied with the products and service.Im still waiting a reply

Made a mistake and double ordered then Simply Seed sent onion sets instead of seed. After several attempts to resolve this got no response so had to give excess away. Very poor service!

Ordered two types of garlic and some seed. Had to order twice, once for onions and once for garlic, so it costs me twice the postage. I received two white bulbs of garlic, while one should have been purple. I contacted The company once by email, once by form on their website and I tried to leave a phone message. Message box was full, no reply has been given on my emails, so I have planted the white bulb that should have been purple. The website says they are very busy, but I won’t order again from them if they don’t have the decency to answer their mail.
