Slow to process and deliver order. Couldn’t deliver to Northern Ireland but I was able to purchase the exact same seeds from a Yorkshire supplier which arrived 2 days after placing the order. No problem delivering to Northern Ireland!

The reason I have put poor is that I have not received these seeds although the post office say these seeds have been delivered on the 06.01.24. I received an email saying these seeds were about to be delivered on 3.01.24. I know this is the post office not you that are at fault but I have tried to get in touch with you about this matter to no avail on your contact form by email on help@simplyseeds.co.uk my emails have been returned saying they could'nt be delivered I would appreciate it if you would get in touch with me and advise me what to do next. I have been charged for these seeds on Order No SS187549.

I have receive my order after constantly ringing DPD and chasing the “missed” delivery which was not my address. I also emailed your company to let you know what’s has happened. I had no response during this time and this why I have given 3 stars. Your communication response with your customers is very poor. I have my order now though not happy with the delay. It took 21 days for delivery should have been 5 days.

I have been buying from you for a couple years or more and have not had to contact you. When I did not receive my order this time round and contacted via the email suggested , I did not hear from you. I had sent about 3 emails outlining the difficulties and had no reply. I have now got my order after 4 weeks due to. DPD incompetence. I have not given you 5 stars which would have only 3 for the lack of communication.

Delivery was excellent, on time as advised. Sadly only one of the seeds has germinated but I will give them more time.

Wasn't happy with the purchased the packets only had a few seeds in each packet. I wouldn't buy again a waste of money.

My order was not delivered as advertised. However, after some persistent correspondence on my part, the situation was remedied satisfactorily. Disappointing service none the less.

The delivery was very prompt but I cannot comment on the seeds until they have grown. Will be happy to do so later in the year.

Ordered 3 packs of seed, one of cucumber seeds.The packet only holds 5 seeds, so l was disappointed only to receive 4

Received seeds promptly - however - all seeds come in same generic packet style - with no details printed but only , an ink stamp of details of seeds , planting etc. Im my case, I had damp hands as sowing seeds and watering, and all the details were smudged . No idea which seeds were which and planting details. Not like other seed packets which at least have a picture . Would not purchase again for this reason

I order from Simply Seed annually. In recent years the packs have changed from sealable packs (2020)which is a real shame and one of the reasons you were recommended. Also several potatoes this year were mould tin the Arran and Swift bags. The rest of the bags were great and no issues and the seeds are always reliable

Hi, I was disappointed to discover that in some of the packets should be around 30 seeds, however I only got 12 seeds, so maybe the description should say around 20 seeds rather than 30..I could buy to packets in this case! Can’t comment on the quality od seeds as yet, but Dahlias ( also less seeds as expected) are on the way.

This is the first time I have used this company as I was not happy with my previous supplier. Goods ordered were received on time. I was extremely dissapointed that many of the seeds I would normally have ordered were 'sold out' in mid January. - Must have something to do with the pandemic.

Would have been better if the garlic and over wintering onions were available at the same time - when I ordered the garlic the onions were out of stock
