“Ordered on-line and delivery came 2 days later. Got email updates to keep me informed about the delivery and tracking service available. Decided on Simply Bathrooms based on really good price, product was in stock and also good customer service reviews. Helpful to know there is a telephone number for Simply Bathrooms customer service if needed (rather than email only for other major bathroom on-line retailers when you read their reviews if when things go wrong). Delivery came securely wrapped on a mini pallet (just over 1metre square)”
