“Ordering process was simple and communication by email was efficient. Collection was slow. The service points were "hidden". We are still in the middle of a pandemic and there were two service desks but only one was visible from the front of the shop so there were two people queuing while one was being served because the second person could't see the queue and we couldn't see them. Worse the customer being served told us there was an additional staff member available to serve, not the staff. Staff were polite in their dealings but seemed demoralised. Service was efficient once you reached a staff member.”

“Toilet Seat was broken so Simply Bathrooms said they would replace it straight away. My only negative is the time it takes - to receive the item in the first place was 2 weeks and we are still waiting for our replacement.”
