“Never has the hair in stock that we need. Usually have to buy the longer length at higher cost just to cut it off. Also next day delivery doesn’t usually come next day, and when I’ve complained I’ve been told it’s not guaranteed. Sadly I think it’s time to look for a new extension supplier, which is a shame as the actual hair quality is good”

Hi Elle, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue. Unfortunately, due to production and shipment delays as a result of heavy COVID restrictions that were in place in certain countries, we were experiencing unforeseen delays in the shipment of stock. Our stock is currently recovering from the impact of this, and we are seeing a lot more of our products obtaining a higher stock availability. On the rare occasion that an item you require is out of stock, please do not hesitate to ask our customer service team for advice on alternative solutions. You can also join the waitlist to be emailed when a product becomes available. In regards to the delivery of your orders, we have taken a look into the tracking of your previous orders within the year 2022, and we can see that these orders were delivered on the correct date. “I absoloutly love simply hair foils for my salon . So easy to tear off the roll . So easy to work with as they're textured so no slip , and wider than my old foil so covered more hair easily. Not to mention the funky fresh designs and amazing price . 🦩 r my favourite”

“Amazing hair. After looking online for a while for the best nanos these are amazing. I got 4 packs of 20inches. My 18inches lasted a year and they are still in good condition. I use heat to them everyday and they’ve still lasted ages. It’s affordable and easy to do yourself. Highly recommend”
