“It looks lovely, but the straps fall down . Which is very awkward to pull back up over the shoulder when you've got colour on your hands”

“Hi There; I will contact properly but I bought a few hundreds of pounds worth of extensions from this company and sadly some couldn’t be placed by my hairdresser as the sticks were too thick to go into the loops. I am happy to send the ones unable to be placed back to show you. Otherwise I am happy with the quality of hair just disappointed that some where unable to go into my hair Kind Regards Sophie”

“I love all there products. Use there foil all the time. However I have bought 3 cutting combs and they just melt and don’t handle heat when straightening. Also I find the postage cost too much”

“Love the hair ! So soft ! BUT.. the end tips of the nanos were awful ! Made my head itchy.. they dug into my scalp and ive lost 6 strands in 3 days already :(”

Hi Lauren, We are so happy to hear that you loved the hair, but sorry that you found the tips to be uncomfortable. The nano tips should not make direct contact with the scalp, and it sounds as if they may be either too high, or too tight. We would recommend having these looked at by your stylist, as with some adjustments these should be much more comfortable. “I wasn't happy with the colour i was sent. It said natural black but it was more brown. I have had to send it back straight away, pay postage and pay postage again to reorder a new colour. I need these put in for an important event which now i am having to wait for another delivery.”
