Hi having bought extensions from you several times before I am a bit disappointed this time . The hair feels very thin i usually don’t need 3 packets in but have 3 in and feel it needs more .

This hair didnt come up the colour that it looked and didnt match in well with my other colours despite having used it before

I have been using simplyhair for a couple of years now. I think the quality is great and it was all perfect in the beggining when I started using your hair extensions. However, everytime I order nowadays the price just gets higher and higher which I think it’s unfair since your products are still the same quality.

Never has the hair in stock that we need. Usually have to buy the longer length at higher cost just to cut it off. Also next day delivery doesn’t usually come next day, and when I’ve complained I’ve been told it’s not guaranteed. Sadly I think it’s time to look for a new extension supplier, which is a shame as the actual hair quality is good

Hi Elle, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue. Unfortunately, due to production and shipment delays as a result of heavy COVID restrictions that were in place in certain countries, we were experiencing unforeseen delays in the shipment of stock. Our stock is currently recovering from the impact of this, and we are seeing a lot more of our products obtaining a higher stock availability. On the rare occasion that an item you require is out of stock, please do not hesitate to ask our customer service team for advice on alternative solutions. You can also join the waitlist to be emailed when a product becomes available. In regards to the delivery of your orders, we have taken a look into the tracking of your previous orders within the year 2022, and we can see that these orders were delivered on the correct date. I would love to leave good review because the quality of hair is very good, comparable to beautyworks but the glue , I lost all extensions after first wash even I have waited a whole week to wash my hair . Very disappointing . 2 stars for hair quality .

Hi Malgorzata, We are so sorry to hear about your experience.  If the extensions have come out after such a short period of time, we would love to offer you some advice in regards to the fitting to ensure this does not happen again, as well as some complimentary tape tabs so that your extensions can be reapplied. The hair itself is good quality- but the actual tapes are a lot thinner than other hair I’ve used. 5 packs is nowhere near enough for a full head- so take that into consideration when buying as it adds up

The amount of hair required for a full head will vary from client to client depending on the natural thickness of the customer's hair, and the length of the natural hair, however, 5 packs should usually be enough.
