“I made my order thinking I was going to get next day delivery, as it said in large letters on the website order before 3pm to get next day delivery, I emailed the company regarding to be told to to pay the extra for it and click the option when checking out, I the received my order the nano beads were right but one of the packages were half empty, I didn't go back to report it as I needed my order well before it came, so didn't have time to return it and order more.”

“Really disappointed with the colour matching service. I sent a nano extension to you to match and then ordered on your advice yet when they arrived, the colour couldn’t be further from the sample. Unfortunately as my hair appointment was the day after they arrived, I had to have them fitted otherwise I would have lost my deposit and had to wait another 6 weeks for a slot, but the colour was so different, my hair looked ridiculous. I’ve now had to have them removed and will have to re purchase the correct colour again.”
