“Really disappointed with the colour matching service. I sent a nano extension to you to match and then ordered on your advice yet when they arrived, the colour couldn’t be further from the sample. Unfortunately as my hair appointment was the day after they arrived, I had to have them fitted otherwise I would have lost my deposit and had to wait another 6 weeks for a slot, but the colour was so different, my hair looked ridiculous. I’ve now had to have them removed and will have to re purchase the correct colour again.”

Hi Avelina, We’re sorry that you weren’t satisfied with your latest order. As our team mentioned to you via email though, colour rings do age and some of our shades have changed a little since you last ordered. Of course, if you weren’t happy with the order once received it can always be sent back for a full refund, unfortunately you’d already fitted them though so this was no longer an option. Again, apologies we couldn’t help any more on this occasion.

“Only wanted a few to add a bit of bulk at the front and these were perfect, coloured looked and little dark on arrival but once in matched perfectly, quality is fabulous and as I’ve used the company many times before I know the hair wears well.”
