“Service is great e.g delivery, ordering etc. hair is very mediocre, I feel like they shed fast, the colours fade easily, the tips are all different lengths. The products themselves could be so much better.”

“Really disappointed with the colour matching service. I sent a nano extension to you to match and then ordered on your advice yet when they arrived, the colour couldn’t be further from the sample. Unfortunately as my hair appointment was the day after they arrived, I had to have them fitted otherwise I would have lost my deposit and had to wait another 6 weeks for a slot, but the colour was so different, my hair looked ridiculous. I’ve now had to have them removed and will have to re purchase the correct colour again.”
