I have reviewed your order. Our records indicate that you did not provide the information to enable us to conduct Anti Money Laundering checks. This is a government requirement. If customers do not provide the documentation we cannot register the company. We are sorry that we could not assist you. It does not appear that you have been able to register the company at Companies House yet as all service providers should be conducting these checks before registering a company. I am sorry that your phone call was not answered during the festive period. The office was closed on public holidays and we operated reduced working hours during the Christmas period to allow our team to spend time with their families. This was detailed on our website. Thank you.
