“When I tried to create my LLP, I sent the paper form to Companies House. Ten days later, I received it back with a list of mistakes I have done when filling it. As my project needed to advance, I stopped the DIY and used Simple Formations. Within hours, I received a notification that my LLP was created. I checked on Companies House and it was there with all the details correct. A couple of days later, I received by post all documents and certificates. Amazing service!”
