“Very slow process. Has taken more than 10 days to get registration confirmation. Have not received any info on registration up to now”

Thank you for your review. I would just like to clarify the reason for your application taking longer than usual. We initially received your application on 12/20/2022. The application contained incomplete information and we emailed you the same day highlighting this. Once we have confirmation of the additional details we have asked for we will be able to proceed with submitting this application and the company will then be registered accordingly. Thank you.

I am sorry that your phone call was not answered during the festive period. The office was closed on public holidays and we operated reduced working hours during the Christmas period to allow our team to spend time with their families. This was detailed on our website. Thank you.

When forming a company we are required by the government to conduct background checks. Customers are requested to provide identification information so that we can do this.
