“Straightforward website for setting up a new company. If you have all documentation to hand, it is possible to have confirmation of registration within 1 hour. Allows virtual address to be included to help with privacy - with the option of mail handling facilities etc. I have used before and will use again.”

“Company formation went without a hitch but very disappointed with Barclays Bank introduction. What is the point of forming the company in 24 hours if you then have to wait 6 weeks to be able to open a bank account meaning you cannot trade.”

“I've used them before and they're really efficient. Some of the information inputted into the fields on the company set up form came out wrong, but it didn't appear to make much difference to the set up of the company and to those that checked the documents - I opened a NewCo to buy a house to let. That's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars.”

“The service is fantastic as it makes the process of registering a company very easy but it was a bit distressing and delayed the process after I was required to still provide notarized copies of my ID after providing all the relevant details. Hence what option does this give foreigners who wish to register a company in the UK and want it within a very short time frame?”

“Easy and quick if you don't panic when their computer does not like what you have typed. In my case it did not like the passport info, but accepted driving licence info. I would certainly use them again.”
