Simple Formations is one the longest established company formation agents in the UK having been in business since 1998.

Our aim is to simplify the process of registering a limited company or LLP by using our own bespoke software and website to collect the required data in the simplest way possible. “Amazed at the speed of Simple Formations. Submitted the application to register my new business at 11:30am, and it was completed and on Companies House by 2:30pm the same day! Ryan Bell, in particular, is a credit to the company. I had a slight issue with an advertised address, and he took care of it in moments. Anybody looking to register a business, look no further - these guys are worth it!”

“Straightforward website for setting up a new company. If you have all documentation to hand, it is possible to have confirmation of registration within 1 hour. Allows virtual address to be included to help with privacy - with the option of mail handling facilities etc. I have used before and will use again.”
