“Rectangular Tree of Life pendant (mini) Gorgeous piece of jewellery, unique and very well made. Delivery was extremely quick. Item well packaged. There was a slight issue with website when ordering but Heidi went above and beyond to get the problem resolved. Communication excellent. I have bought previously from Silver Bubble and will definitely buy again. Highly recommended. ”

“Happy with my purchases. I bought 4 resin siver encased necklaces for Mum, sister and 2 nieces with silver snake chains. Would have preferred option of a more sturdy fancier looking gift box but they are ok.”

Hi, Sorry to hear you have not received your order yet. It was sent on Monday via First Class Recorded Delivery and normally would have probably arrived two days later which is today. However, with it being Christmas and the backlog from the recent postal strikes, post is taking longer. Hopefully it should be with you in the next day or two. Best wishes, Heidi
