“Very pretty ring, unfortunately it says 925 authentic silver while after 3 days my finger is grey”

Thank you for your email. Really sorry to hear your finger is grey. This is not a complaint we receive from other customers. Our jewellery is .925 sterling silver & we are confident that it is of a good quality. All pieces over 7.8g, as per UK law, are sent to the assay office in Birmingham to be tested and hallmarked. We have never had any pieces rejected by the Assay Office. The ring you have bought is from a trusted supplier, who we buy larger pieces from that are tested by the Assay Office. One thought is that it may need a clean with a (silver) cloth as there may be some residue silver polish on there. Apologies if this is the case, it should have been polished thoroughly before being sent to you. If you would like to return the ring we will of course fully refund you. Best wishes, Heidi

“The dragonfly earrings are beautiful. Though I was disappointed in the necklace , a present for my sister in law the pendant is so tiny . It's child like . I would have bought her something else . Never had the time as it was needed for last Sunday . I don't know what she will think . It's lovely, but too small”

Hello, happy to hear you are pleased with the dragonfly earrings. Sorry though that you are not so happy with the necklace. The description does say that it is dainty and a delicate drop but the image obviously didn't illustrate quite how dainty it is. If your sister also thinks that it is too small or does not like it you can of course return the necklace in exchange for another item or refund. Best wishes, Heidi

Hi Sue, thank you for your feedback. I was a little surprised that you thought the flower jewellery was expensive as I usually receive a lot of positive feedback about this line and its value for money in the £12-£15 price range. The jewellery is silver and the flowers are real, grown by Alicia and her family, then handpicked, dried and set in the silver. So quite a laborious process. If you would like to return the jewellery I will of course refund you if you are not happy with it. Best wishes, Heidi

Hi, thank you for your feedback, sorry to hear you were disappointed by the size of the studs. The sizes of all our jewellery is listed with each item as it is difficult to visualise the size of something from a screen image. However, even with having the dimensions it can still be hard to visualise. A solution would be to show the jewellery being worn which is something I realise would provide more clarity and is in the pipeline! Heidi
