“Happy with my purchases. I bought 4 resin siver encased necklaces for Mum, sister and 2 nieces with silver snake chains. Would have preferred option of a more sturdy fancier looking gift box but they are ok.”

I completely agree that it is so much better for the earrings to be seen being worn as it gives a more accurate indicator of size. Hi, happy to hear you are pleased with the quality of the earrings but sorry to hear that they were not the size you expected. The measurements of each product is listed on each item page. However, I realise that this can be hard to envisage without actually seeing the item in person. I most certainly do not mean to mislead people, it can be hard to convey the true size of an item in a photograph, especially with a close up shot aiming to show the jewellery in as most detail as possible. I take and upload several photos of each product in order to give as many angles and perspectives of each piece . With all our new stock of earrings, bracelets and rings, I am now taking a picture of the item being worn to help people gauge the size. The earrings you bought are dainty and small but for some people this is a reason for buying them, as they want something delicate and subtle. If you are unhappy with earrings and would like to return them, I would of course be more than happy to fully refund you for them . Best wishes, Heidi

Thank you for your review. Sorry that the stone was not as dark as it appeared on the website images. I try to photograph the jewellery as natural as possible and do not heavily photoshop or alter the images except for shadows and reflections. However, some times the colours of stones do get a bit distorted depending on light, camera settings etc. It is a beautiful ring, I hope the stone colour has not disappointed you too much. “The ring I purchased was a Christmas present so I can’t be sure about quality ect but it was a quick and efficient service , well wrapped and looks like the picture ! I’m hoping it will become a favourite with my daughter”

“Loved the bracelet which was very beautiful. Product arrived promptly. The only disappointment was the packaging. The bracelet which cost £90 was almost rammed into a small box and wrapped in a tiny cheap looking tissue paper. The quality of the product was cheapened by the packaging.”

We are currently waiting for an order of the Silver Bubble boxes to be delivered and we have run out of the normal sized box which would have been used for your bracelet. Apologies. Hello Sydney, thank you for your review, glad to hear you are happy with pendant but sorry to hear that you thought it would be much larger. The dimensions and sizes of each piece of jewellery is written in the description of each item and also is show below in the additional information box. However, someone else has also commented similarly on being confused with the size and I think it is time to start taking photos of the products on a person, so the size can be more accurately seen!
